How It Works

Chef Constance will come to your home and have you and your family fill-out a food questionnaire. She will conduct an in-depth interview. What are your favorite foods and cuisines? Do you prefer comfort food, gourmet, international, low-fat or a combination? Do you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies? No problem!

What Chef Constance learns during this interview process will help her to develop customized menus that are tailor-made for you and your family! Approximately, five days prior to the agreed upon date, a menu will be sent to you for your approval.

On your scheduled cook date, Chef Constance will shop for the freshest, finest ingredients available.

  • She will prepare entrees and some side dishes. Depending on menu selection, cooking time varies from 5-6 hours. All items are then packaged and labeled with reheating instructions.
  • Chef Constance will place all containers in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • She will leave your kitchen clean, refrigerator full of food and your home smelling wonderful!
SAMPLE CLIENT MENUS
“Constance has been our personal chef for more than eight years and has been dependable, flexible, reliable and a professional in and out of the kitchen. She is a delight to work with and we would be lost without her healthy, delicious meals-not to mention her always pleasant personality. We always look forward to our prescheduled service because that means a fabulous fish dinner that night…yum!”
Pamela and Roger Kostmayer, Cross Keys
“We loved all the meals you prepared for us! My husband’s favorite dish was the ginger beef strips, which I also loved. And the chimichangas were wonderful too. It was all wonderful, really. We hated to see our “Constance meals end.” Thank you so much again for keeping our tummies full and my sanity in check during a tough transitional time.”
Laura L., Ellicott City
“Thank you very much for the great work you did! The kitchen was immaculate when I got back which I really appreciate very much and the food was delicious!!! We loved it and the kids ate it too!”
